♡ All goodiez are shipped out using USPS First Class Package Mail with tracking! ♡
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow ~2-4 days for me to process and mail your order! I'm at work 12hrs a day so I'm not always able to pack up your order the same day, thank you for your patience! ♡
Processing Times (not including shipping time): 2-4 days
Estimated Shipping Times:
- USPS First Class Domestic: 2-5 Business Days
- International: 2-8 weeks, some areas may take longer to arrive.
*I am not responsible for and cannot predict delays in shipping, lost in transit or damaged parcels. If you receive notification that your item has been delivered, and you don't receive it, please wait a few days before contacting me about your order. Sometimes the the mail carrier system doesn't always update correctly.
Returns or Exchanges Details:
- I always thoroughly inspect each item before sending it out, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of damaged, incorrect, or lost-in-transit items. If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact me and I'll help resolve the issue!
- If you're really 100% unsatisfied with your purchase(s), please email me within 30 days of the delivery date!
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and if the item(s) returned is not in its original condition then I reserve the right to decline it.
- Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the item. Please allow ~7 business days for the refund to be processed into your payment account.
